I am ecstatically married to the love of my life, I have two wonderful (usually) sons, and a spastic dog.

I love to read, watch movies (some of them, anyway), spend time outdoors doing anything, cook, and spend time with my friends.

I started this blog as a way to chronicle my journey into a more sustainable lifestyle, because I believe that as a Christian, I have a responsibility to be a good steward of the Creation that God has entrusted to us. I will be sharing stories, tips, recipes, photos, news items, and calls to action.

I do have a few rules, that can mostly be summed up in one phrase: Be Nice! If you are not nice, I will delete your comment so fast it’ll make your head spin. You are free to disagree 100% with me or with anyone else here, in fact I encourage honest, open discussion about our differences. Just have the class to be respectful while doing it. To make it perfectly clear: jerks will not be tolerated. I have to deal with jerks all over the place, I’m not doing it here. Are we cool? Good.
